Peccatore-Sanctuary was originally founded by Sayuki and Whistle, with the help of Serena. Over the years, they have become busy so Mei ran around one day trying to find out what was going on. Sere had disappeared, Whis and Sayu haven’t been heard from in ages…. finally contact was achieved and Whis gave Mei the go ahead to continue the group.
